SB 649 would force installation of cell towers throughout California. How many? Likely one every 1000 feet. If you don’t live in California, but you know someone who does, please alert them. SB 649 is still in committees but will come to the floor for a vote, then it will go to the Governor for his signature. We still have time to stop this.

• SB 649 would eliminate local control and public input
• SB 649 would allow unlimited access to deploy refrigerator-size cell tower equipment on utility and light poles and sidewalks with no safety oversight.
• SB 649 would increase radiation that science shows is harmful to people and nature. Children are more vulnerable.

Here’s what you can do to help stop this:   

1. Contact your California Assembly person and Senator and tell them to VOTE NO on SB 649. Find yours here:  http://findyourrep.legislature.ca.gov/

2. Print up, hand out and post flyers, write in your Assembly member and Senator contact info in the blank space in the color flyer
