“Discussions among lawmakers in Washington are progressing on what another potentially multi-trillion dollar round of fiscal stimulus might look like.
Extensions to the Paycheck Protection Program and expanded unemployment benefits are reportedly on the table, along with what could be a large infrastructure package that has been discussed in various forms since President Donald Trump took office. The White House is reportedly putting together a $1 trillion proposal that it hopes Congress will enact by this fall, when existing federal infrastructure funding runs out.
Citing people familiar with the Trump administration’s plan, Bloomberg News reported Tuesday that the proposed package could be directed mostly toward traditional infrastructure projects like roads and bridges, but also earmark funding for 5G wireless networks and rural broadband infrastructure. If the proposal becomes law and depending on the level of funding, that could have meaningful implications for U.S. telecommunications companies.
There is precedent: the close to $800 billion American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 that passed in the wake of the global financial crisis included about $7 billion in funding for broadband internet in rural areas. Extending cable to thinly populated areas is much less economically attractive to for-profit companies than in densely populated cities. They need to cough up the investment up front, then recoup it through years of customers’ monthly subscription payments. The fewer feet or miles of cable per customer, the faster that payback period can be.”

Call your DC Senators and Representatives to SAY NO TO 5G FUNDING in any stimulus bill!
–Communities everywhere want to HALT deployment of wireless antenna networks transmitting pulsed, (RF/MWR) radiofrequency microwave radiation (4G-5G) in their States.
People want reliable internet service that is SAFE for Families, Nature, and Neighborhoods, Connections that are FAST, less energy-consumptive, and more cyber-secure.
— Phone customers have already paid for this fiber optic buildout, but the services that were promised, were never delivered.
— SOLUTION: Fiber-optic cable (FTTP) all-the-way-to-the-premises. (FTTP) is state-of-the-science engineering without the continuous toxic releasing of pulsed microwave radiation into the environment via antennas that would constantly contaminate surrounding areas, forever.
4G-5G systems are not safe, not eco-friendly, not insurable, not cyber-secure and are a grave threat to health, freedom, and national security. We-The-People Do Not Consent to 5G.
You could request a detailed response from your Representative & Senator providing RF/MWR records, including NEPA compliance of current wireless network systems in your district, a written guarantee of insurance for RF/MWR antenna deployment (4G-5G), and substantial evidence in the peer reviewed scientific literature proving that pulsed RF/MWR exposure will not cause adverse bio-effects.
