Legislation to safeguard mental privacy from brain- scanning devices was passed in Colorado. HB24-1058 protects biological data including “neural data” generated by an individual’s brainwaves.
The summary of the legislation states, “Biological data includes neural data, which is information that is generated by the measurement of the activity of an individual’s central or peripheral nervous systems and that can be processed by or with the assistance of a device.”

Other states such as Vermont, Minnesota and California have advanced similar legislation to protect personal data. While laws maintaining cognitive liberty are essential, an equally crucial component to enshrining individual privacy and freedom is dismantling globalists’ ‘smart’ infrastructures and biometric surveillance systems being installed around us, aka the digital prison.
